This week we began with a beautiful inspirational movie called "The perfect game" . We will use this movie for our writing assessment this unit and for our end of the Unit project. We will also learn the beautiful song : When you see forever " sang by Patricia Manterola  in Spanish for our verbal evaluation.

This week we have been working with the present progressive of the verbs. Present progressive
make sure to be aware of the pacing of the class so that you can be updated with the assignments you need to hand in. Keep going chicos the semester is on it's way and you need to keep up with the classwork. I am very pleased with most of my students that have a good grade and I invite those of you that are struggling keeping up with the work to stay with me after school and work in a small group environment. Tomorrow we will begin working with stem changing verbs so let's get going mis amores!

This week we have been working with lots of vocabulary relation to vacations and weather. We have a quiz on Friday so please study hard. Use your flashcards to study. You must also remember that the weather video is due on Thursday midnight. You must submitted through schoology.com . You may not send it to my email.

This week has been a great week! You all have done an awesome job learning how to identify ser from estar. Most of you did good in your quiz. Remember that if you need to make up a quiz you must come early in the morning or in the afternoon from Monday through Thursday. Today we are having a creative writing day using our new vocabulary words from Unit 2.  Exciting things are coming next week so let's study vocabulary using your flashcards or your quizlet. 
Chicos this week we are making honor to a great role model so let's keep remembering him as I know you all loved this chico!

Chicos from now and on you may follow the pacing in my new page on the tabs on top. You will find everything we did in class that day.
So today we finished our "Ser and Estar " foldable and you began practicing the exercises in your packet. If you want to you may work at home to completed tomorrow in class.
Remember we will not have our usual Friday quiz because I want you to master "ser and estar". We will have our quiz on Tuesday Jan . 29th.
