This week has been a great week! You all have done an awesome job learning how to identify ser from estar. Most of you did good in your quiz. Remember that if you need to make up a quiz you must come early in the morning or in the afternoon from Monday through Thursday. Today we are having a creative writing day using our new vocabulary words from Unit 2.  Exciting things are coming next week so let's study vocabulary using your flashcards or your quizlet. 
Chicos this week we are making honor to a great role model so let's keep remembering him as I know you all loved this chico!

Today after quiz we will begin with our Unit 2 vocabulary . It is actually our first unit from Spanish 2 content. I am so excited to begin this chapter and you can all learn to speak about your dream vacation. Bring pictures of vacations sites where you would like to go. keep track of our class in the Pacing tab on top to check what is going on in the class every day.

Chicos from now and on you may follow the pacing in my new page on the tabs on top. You will find everything we did in class that day.
So today we finished our "Ser and Estar " foldable and you began practicing the exercises in your packet. If you want to you may work at home to completed tomorrow in class.
Remember we will not have our usual Friday quiz because I want you to master "ser and estar". We will have our quiz on Tuesday Jan . 29th.

Today we reviewed the grammar concept of the pronouns in Spanish and the parts of the body. We went ahead and and created two small booklets about the parts of the body and we worked in our  in our packet all pages about personal pronouns (2 pages) and parts of the body( 6 pages).   You have homework if you did not finish in class.

Today we went over again the definite article(THE) and the indefinite articles(a/an /some). You must keep practicing identifying the correct one to use with each noun. Refer to your packet to review at home.

Today we reviewed the numbers and colors. In your packet you have your numbers and we colored the Popsicle according to the number assigned. Find that page in your packet if you were not here. The following is the assignment we did as classwork today.

Hola Chicos! Today is our first approach to what a verbal evaluation will be in our wonderful journey in Spanish 2. Yesterday you were assigned a partner with whom you will participate today in a very brief conversation. Try to do your best! I know you can do it!
We will also review the definite article "the" and the indefinite articles "a.an,some" and the different  uses with different nouns in Spanish. there is no home work today but we will have our first quiz about greetings and introductions tomorrow.
